Answer:
Following evidence ki base per islam me masturbation (aurat aur mard dono k liay haraam(forbidden) hai;
First,From the Quran:
Imam Shafi(may Allah bless him)
beyaan kertay hen k in Qurani Ayaat ki base per masturbation islam me haraam hai(terjamay ki wazahut):
i. "aur jo apni sharum gahoon ki hifazat kertay hen(i.e private parts, from illegal sexual acts) .siwahay apni biviyon(wives) aur qanizoon(the captives and slaves) k jo in k qabzay me hon kuin k in k mamlay me in per koi malamat nahi(free from blame) albata in k siwa jo koi aur zariya chahay(But whoever seeks beyond) tu aisay hi log hud se berhnay walay(transgressor) hen."23,5-7 yahan in ayaat se ye clear hai k sub illegal sexual acts(including masturbation) haraam hen except wives ya phir wo jo un k liay jahiz hen aur jo in k ilawa koi aur zaria chahay ga wo hud se berhnay walon me hai.
ii. "aur jo log nikah ka samaan(financial means for marriage) nahi patay unhan(zana waghaira se bachay rahna chahiay(keep themselves chaste) hutakay (until )Allah unhaan apnay fazal(bounty) se ghani (enriches)ker day."24,33 es aayat me clearly hukam hai k jin k pass shaadi ka samaan nahi hai wo khud ko zana se dour rakhan aur tergheeb denay wali cheezon (temptations including masturbation) k agay saber se qaam lan yahan tak k Allah un ko ghani ker day.
Secondly, from the sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him):
i. . Abdullaah ibn Masood(may Allah be pleased with him) fermatay hen k "hum Hazoor(sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam) k sath thay jab k humarey pass koi dolaat nahi thi aur hum jawaan thay.tu Hazoor(sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam) ne fermaya "o jawaan logon tum me se jo shaadi ker sakta hai,shaadi ker lay,kuin k ye tumhan tumhari sharum gahoon ki hifazat kernay aur nazeraan nichay kernay me madad day gi(i.e. his private parts from committing illegal sexual intercourse etc.),
ii. aur jo koi shaadi nahi ker sakta,roza(fast) rukhay kuin k roza uss ki jinsi khowahish ko khatum ker day ga..Bukhari;5066.Hadees es baat ka hukam deti hai k admi roza rukhay khud ko esi baton(masturbation aur illegal sex)se dour rukhnay k liay and no doubt Allah knows what is best and most correct.
Curing the habit of masturbation:
es prblm ka single solution Allah k orders ko follow kerna aur uss ki punishment se derna hai.
jesa k Hazoor (sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam) ki hadees se pata chulta hai es prblm ka permanent aur jald cure shaadi hai,jasay hi insaan shaadi k qabil ho jaye wo shaadi ker lay.
es se pelhay k ye aap ki second nature bun jaye aur es se nijaat hasil kerna mushkil ho jaye,ye zuroori hai k khud ko kisi aisi positive activity me busy ker lan jo aap ki dunia aur akhrat k liay achi ho.
ankhon ki haya(lowering the gaze from looking at forbidden things such as pictures, movies and also such stuff present on internet etc) aap ko madad day gi desire ko kam kernay me before it aap koi ghalut(forbidden) act keran.following Quran ki ayaat aur Nabi(sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam) ki hadees muslim men and women ko ankhan nichay kernay ka hukam detay hen. "mohmin auraton se kaho apni nazeraan nichay rukhan (from looking at forbidden things) aur apni sharum gahoon ki hifazat keran(from illegal sexual acts, etc.). That is purer for them.aur beshuk jo kuch tum kertay ho Allah sub se waqif hai aur mohmin mardoon se kaho apni nazeraan nichay rukhan (from looking at forbidden things) aur apni sharum gahoon ki hifazaat keran(from illegal sexual acts, etc.) ..... " 24.30-31 Hazoor(sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam) ne fermaya "Do not follow a casual (unintentional) look (at forbidden things) with another look." ." Al-Tirmidhi 2777.ye Hazoor(sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam) ki general hidayaat hen un sub cheezon se dour rukhnay k liay jo insaan ko sexually excite kerti hen kuin k esi cheezan insaan ko haraam act kernay ki teruf lay ja sakti hen.
apna falto(available leisure time) ya tunhayi ka waqt khuda ki ibadat me surf keran ya phir religious knowledge increase kernay me.
Being cautious k masturbation k result se esi medical symptoms na paeda hon such as weak eyesight,fatique,weak nervous system, and/or back pain,thining of hairs,loss of weight,weakness and pain in bones and in joints,more importantly, feeling of guilt and anxiety,jo complicated ho jati hen farz namazon k miss honay se kuin k her bar masturbation k bahud shower(ghusl) ki zurorat hoti hai.
un illusions se khud ko dour rukhan jo k aaj kal ki kuch youth me hen k masturbation is permissible kuin k ye illegal sexual acts such as fornication or even homosexuality se buchati hai.
khud ki willpower ko strong keran aur tunhayi me time spend kernay se Buchan.jesa k nabi(sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam) ne fermaya "tunhayi(alone) me raat mat busser(spend) kero". Ahmad 6919.
nabi(sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam) ki hadeeth ko follow keran aur roza(fast) rukhan kuin k fasting sexual desire ko kam ker k under control kerta hai.However,kisi ko Allah ki qasum nahi khani chahiay aur overeact nahi kerna chahiay k wo ayanda esa act nahi keray gab coz ager wo promise ko pora na ker saka tu uss ko es k consequences bhi face kernay hon gay in his/her future life.Also, note that sexual desire ko kam kernay ya roknay k liay medication se bhi sakhti se manna kiya jata hai bcoz it might permanently affect ones sexual ability.
sonay se pelhay nabi(sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam) ki advises per amal kernay ki koshish keran such as soonay se pelha ki duayan aur surrataan perhan,sleep on the right side and belly per sonay se avoid keran(the Prophet forbade sleeping on the belly).
saber kernay aur apnay private parts ko protect kernay ki pori koshish keran phir aap es matter me sabit qadum(persistent) ho jayan gay aur ye aap ki second nature bun jaye gi then Allah willimg.Jesa k Nabi(sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam) ne fermaya 'jo pak daamni(naki,chasity) manghay ga Allah usey pak daamun bunna day ga aur jo koi sirf Allah se madaad manghay ga,wo us ski madad keray ga aur jo sabir( patient) hai,wo uss k liay ye sub ahsaan ker day ga aur saber bahtereen cheez hai." Bukhari:1469.
Allah se toba(forgiveness) manghan,khud k liay Allah se dua keran,achay aur nake amal keran and don't lose hope and feeling despair these all are the first reqirements to cure this problem.
Finally,Allah bara mahrbaan hai aur wo humesha respond kerta hai jab bhi uss ka bunda usey pukarta hai.so Allah se humesha maafi manghtay rahan wo qabool keray ga aur khuda janta hai kiya best hai aur kiya sahi hai.
