How To Increase The Penile Size And Length?

Question: 

My age is 20 years, my height is 5 feet 11 inches and my weight is 130 pounds. My penile length is 2-3 inches in flaccid state, however; my penile size enlarges up to not more than 5 inches during erection. Whether my penile size is much smaller than normal penile length? Whether it would create any problem during intercourse? I don't know any way to measure the size of testes. Please tell me about the normal penile and scrotum size?

It is usually seen that almost every man desires to have the large penile size as compared to the present size of their penile size. The average penile size during erection is 4-6 inches. There is no relation between the size of penis and height of an individual. There is no use of length, diameter and any measure. Your penile length is normal according to the standard, therefore; there is nothing to worry about, like penis, and the way of hanging of scrotum also does have too much variation on the basis of heredity. In usual, the left scrotum is slightly lower than the right. Some times, however; it happens in opposite sequence. Some times the scrotum feels like loose pouch and hangs too much low than penis. On the contrary, in certain other conditions, it shrinks and lifts up and attaches with the base of penis. This difference happens due to the contraction of cremestric muscles that work to maintain the internal temperature and in order to do that it lifts up and down the scrotum. But be sure, that this thing would never produce any impact on sexual performance. 

The sexual sign of a man is penis. This misconception is very common that greater the size of penis more would be the sexual satisfaction attainment by a woman. Therefore the desire to enlarge the penile length remains in the minds of men especially in the minds of inexperienced young men. However; it has been discussed previously at many occasions that there is no link between the generation of sexual desire and orgasm in a woman with the size of penis, testes and scrotum.
